Colorado 71, No. 9 Arizona 58: Spencer Dinwiddie scored a game-high 21 points and had seven assists as the Buffaloes upset the visiting Wildcats.
Xavier Johnson added 19 points and Andre Roberson, the nation's leading rebounder, had seven points and grabbed 13 boards as Colorado (17-7, 7-5 Pac-12) knocked off a Top 10 team for the first since it beat No. 5 Texas in 2011.
The Buffaloes, who have beaten three ranked teams this season, led 30-23 at the half and scored the first eight points of the second half to take control. Johnson later hit back-to-back 3-pointers after Arizona cut the deficit to 60-51 with 4:24 to play to put the game away.
Arizona was led by Solomon Hill with a dozen points but the high-scoring forward was just 5-for-14 from the field. Mark Lyons was the only other player in double figures with 11 as the Wildcats lost by their biggest margin of the season.
The loss was the second straight for Arizona and dropped the Wildcats (20-4, 8-4) into a tie with UCLA for second place in the conference. Colorado improved to 7-1 all-time at home in the series.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Arizona defeated Colorado 92-83 in a controversial overtime decision earlier in the season. The Buffaloes were denied the win in regulation when officials ruled that Sabatino Chen did not get off what would have been a game-winning shot before the buzzer sounded. ... Arizona led briefly in the first half by as much as three points. ... Colorado shot 50 percent from the field, including 9 of 17 from 3-point range.
