Grizzlies 94, Hawks 88: Mike Conley led the way with 21 points, six assists and three steals as Memphis held off visiting Atlanta.

Marc Gasol collected 16 points and 10 rebounds while Zach Randolph added 11 points and 15 boards for the Grizzlies, who have won nine of their last 10. Jeff Green contributed 11 points and Kosta Koufos had 10 points and seven rebounds off the bench for Memphis.

Jeff Teague led the Hawks with 22 points and six assists while Kent Bazemore scored 14 off the bench. Mike Scott and Dennis Schroder added 11 points apiece in reserve roles as the front line of Paul Millsap, DeMarre Carroll and Al Horford combined to go 7-of-30 from the field for Atlanta, which fell for the second time in four games this month after a 17-0 January.

Scott and Bazemore nailed back-to-back 3-pointers to kick off an 8-1 run for the Hawks that knotted it at 83 with 4:30 to play. Tony Allen’s putback with 2:28 remaining put the Grizzlies in front 88-86 and Atlanta went the next 3:16 without scoring as Memphis put it away.

The Grizzlies held a seven-point lead early in the second quarter before the Hawks came back to grab a 43-42 lead at the break. Back-to-back 3-pointers from Carroll and Kyle Korver in an 8-0 burst helped Atlanta climb up 59-54, and the lead hit seven points before Memphis closed with a 13-3 run to take a 69-66 advantage into the fourth.
