Trail Blazers 103, Kings 86: Damian Lillard scored a game-high 22 points and added nine assists as visiting Portland snapped its four-game losing streak.
LaMarcus Aldridge had 19 points, Wesley Matthews chipped in 18 and J.J. Hickson added 10 and 13 rebounds for the Trail Blazers, who had all five starters finish in double figures.
James Johnson scored 16 points and Marcus Thornton added 14 off the bench for the Kings, who began their four-game homestand with their third straight loss.
Sacramento ended the first quarter with an 8-0 run that got it within 25-18 and trailed by only four points at the half. But the Trail Blazers took control in the third as Nicolas Batum scored seven of his 15 points during a 12-0 burst which created a 69-56 advantage.
Portland used a 9-0 run that bridged the third and fourth quarters to expand the lead to 78-58. Aldridge continued his strong fourth-quarter play, scoring nine points after pouring in seven of his 14 points in Monday's loss to Atlanta in the final period.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Matthews is 14-of-14 from the free-throw line in his last two games after making just 10-of-19 over his first six contests. ...
