Kevin Durant scored 32 points and Russell Westbrook tallied 30 as the visiting Oklahoma City Thunder earned a 120-112 victory over the Sacramento Kings on Monday night.

The Thunder (55-26) stayed in the hunt for the second seed in the Western Conference by winning their fifth consecutive game. They need to beat Milwaukee on Wednesday, have Dallas lose to New Orleans on Wednesday, and the Los Angeles Lakers lose their final two games to finish second.

DeMarcus Cousins had 30 points and nine rebounds for the Kings (24-57), who could play their final game in Sacramento on Wednesday as a potential move to the southern part of the state looms.

Marcus Thornton had 21 points and nine rebounds, Beno Udrih had 21 points, seven boards and seven assists and Jason Thompson scored 16 for Sacramento.

Oklahoma City shot 43 for 75 (57.3 percent). Westbrook went 12 of 22 and had nine assists and six rebounds, and Serge Ibaka contributed 14 points and eight rebounds.
