Matt Kemp added four RBIs, delivering a run-scoring double in the first inning, a two-run home run in the third and a sacrifice fly in the eighth. The home run was his seventh of the season.
Max Muncy also hit a home run, his seventh, as the Dodgers won for the 10th time in 13 games.
Stripling started the season as the long man out of the Dodgers' bullpen, but he has turned into a force in the rotation as injuries to a number of starters opened an opportunity. It was the third consecutive start in which Stripling allowed exactly one run.
Stripling (3-1) gave up four hits with two walks as he won his third consecutive decision. He has struck out 28 batters over those three outings. His string of three consecutive starts without a walk ended Tuesday.
Nick Williams ended the Dodgers' shutout bid with a home run to center field in the seventh inning. It was Williams' sixth home run of the season and second in two games.
Phillies starter Zach Eflin (1-2) gave up five runs on seven hits over four innings. He has been unable to complete five innings for three consecutive starts since holding the Giants scoreless over 6 2/3 innings on May 7.
Cody Bellinger had two singles for the Dodgers, his first multi-hit game since May 5. Kemp delivered his second consecutive multi-hit game and 16th on the year, a total that leads the team.
Carlos Santana had two hits for Philadelphia.
The Dodgers are now 5-1 against the Phillies over the past two seasons.
Los Angeles will try to win their fourth consecutive series when it faces the Phillies in the finale on Thursday with Clayton Kershaw on the mound. The staff ace is returning after missing a month due to a left biceps injury. Aaron Nola will start for Philadelphia.
