BLACKHAWKS 5, PREDATORS 4: Patrick Kane and Brent Seabrook had a goal and an assist apiece as visiting Chicago clinched a playoff berth for the fourth consecutive season.

St. Louis also secured the Central Division title by virtue of Nashville's loss.

The Blackhawks saw a four-goal lead evaporate before Seabrook stopped the bleeding at 8:19 of the third period with his ninth goal.

Chicago jumped out to a 4-0 advantage on goals by Patrick Sharp, Dave Bolland, Kane and Viktor Stalberg.

The Predators woke up midway through the second period and netted four consecutive goals to draw even in the third.

Nashville captain Shea Weber recorded his second goal of the contest from the point at 7:10 of the third to knot the contest at 4-4. Weber has five goals in his last five games.

Seabrook restored the lead when he pinched and fired a one-timer past Pekka Rinne just 1:09 later.

The Predators, who are already postseason bound, were denied a fifth straight win over Chicago.
