Foles was 22-of-28 for a perfect 158.3 passer rating before giving way to Matt Barkley midway through the fourth quarter as the Eagles (4-5) put up their highest scoring total since a 59-28 win at Washington on Nov. 15, 2010. Riley Cooper set career highs with 139 receiving yards and three touchdowns and DeSean Jackson had five catches for 150 yards and a score.
Terrelle Pryor was 22-of-41 for 288 yards with two interceptions and had 94 yards on 10 carries for the Raiders (3-5) before leaving in the fourth quarter with a knee injury. Rashad Jennings added 102 yards and a touchdown on 15 carries.
After scoring a total of 10 points in their previous two games, the Eagles scored touchdowns on their first four possessions. Foles hit Cooper for scores of 17 and 63 yards and also threw TD passes to tight ends Brent Celek and Zach Ertz as Philadelphia took a 28-13 halftime lead.
The onslaught continued in the second half, with LeSean McCoy scoring on a 25-yard pass and Foles hooking up with Jackson for a 46-yard scoring strike before ending his day with a 5-yard TD toss to Cooper. Oakland's Jeremy Stewart capped the scoring with a 2-yard touchdown run in the final minute of the blowout, ending a run of 21 straight Philadelphia points.
