Indians 14, White Sox 3: Ryan Raburn went 3-for-3 with a homer and tied a career best with five RBIs and Nick Swisher and Asdrubal Cabrera also went deep as Cleveland routed host Chicago.

Raburn hit a three-run blast in a four-run first inning and delivered a two-run single during a seven-run fifth inning as the Indians remained 1 1/2 games behind Tampa Bay in the hunt for the American League’s second wild card. Swisher scored three times and had three RBIs for Cleveland, which racked up 16 hits.

Corey Kluber (9-5) was the beneficiary of the Indians’ productive bats and allowed two runs and six hits in five innings. Chicago’s John Danks (4-13) gave up seven runs (six earned) and nine hits in four innings.

Cleveland led 7-2 after four innings and Cabrera homered off Charlie Leesman in the fifth prior to a 17-minute rain delay. After play resumed, Michael Bourn singled in one run, Swisher had a two-run single, Carlos Santana added a run-scoring single and Raburn drilled a two-run single to make it 14-2.

Paul Konerko homered for the White Sox, who have dropped 12 of 14 games to fall 30 below .500.
