Brad Davison tied a career high with 30 points and made a career high eight 3-pointers and D'Mitrik Trice had 15 points and tied a season high with five treys when Wisconsin beat Nebraska 81-64 in a Big Ten game Saturday afternoon at Lincoln, Neb.

Micah Potter had 15 points and seven rebounds, Nate Reuvers had 13 points despite playing only 16 minutes because of foul trouble and Aleem Ford had a career-high 10 rebounds for the Badgers (15-10, 8-6), who have won three of four.

Hannif Cheatham had 17 points, Dachon Burke Jr. had 10 points and Cam Mack had eight points, nine rebounds and eight assists for the Huskers (7-18, 2-12), who have lost 10 in a row. They have not won since beating Iowa 76-70 on Jan. 7.

The Badgers shot 49.2 percent from the field and 48.4 from three-point range, making 15 of 31 threes. They are 11-2 this season when making eight or more threes and are 8-0 when making at least 40 percent from distance. Nebraska shot 38.5 percent and was 8 of 25 (32 percent) from behind the arc.

Wisconsin had a school record 18 threes and shot a season-high 52.9 percent from 3-point range in its 82-68 victory over Nebraska on Jan. 21 in the first meeting this season.

Davison, who made 8 of 11 threes, and tied a school single-game record with eight makes. He had made two of 16 and six of 29 three-point attempts in the previous six games.

Trice made 5 of 6 threes and had five assists and no turnovers. He made three threes and Davison had one when the Badgers went on an 21-2 run early in the second half to open a 62-45 lead with 13:09 remaining. Nebraska, which missed all seven of its field-goal attempts in that stretch, was never again closer than 10.

Davison scored Wisconsin's final eight points in the first half, and his third 3-pointer gave the Badgers a 39-38 lead after a half in which there were nine ties and nine lead changes. Nebraska led by as many as seven points when Jervay Green hit a 3-pointer for a 24-17 edge with about nine minutes remaining.
