No. 2 Duke 73, Wake Forest 65: Justise Winslow scored a career-high 20 points and fellow freshman Jahlil Okafor notched his third career double-double as the visiting Blue Devils remained undefeated.

Duke (14-0, 2-0 ACC) failed to win by double figures for the first time this season, in large part due to Wake Forest's Devin Thomas, who torched the Blue Devils for 24 points, five rebounds, four steals and three assists. Winslow grabbed seven rebounds and made 3-of-8 3-pointers while Rasheed Sulaimon was 2-of-2 from long range off the Duke bench en route to 10 points.

Okafor only attempted two shots in the first half and finished 4-of-6 for 12 points to go along with 11 rebounds. Quinn Cook also contributed 12 points for Duke, while Codi Miller-McIntyre racked up 13 points, nine rebounds and eight assists for Wake Forest (8-8, 0-3).

Duke overcame an early 6-0 deficit and led most of the first half, taking a 32-27 lead into the break behind nine points from Winslow. Winslow drained two 3-pointers early in the second half and later dunked to make it 46-37 with about 15 minutes to go before the Demon Deacons unleashed a 10-2 run to get within a point.

Cook's three-point play with 4:52 left gave the Blue Devils the lead for good, although Thomas' jumper got Wake Forest within 60-59 with under four minutes left. Matt Jones' 3-pointer and Tyus Jones' three-point play on back-to-back possessions pushed the margin to 67-59 before Cook scored the final six points to secure the outcome.
