Serge Ibaka contributed 15 points and 10 boards for the Thunder, who rebounded quickly after having their 12-game home win streak snapped Wednesday against Brooklyn.
Nick Young scored 21 points off the bench to lead the Sixers, who have lost five of seven on their road trip that wraps up Saturday at San Antonio. Jrue Holiday added 15 points and nine assists and Thaddeus Young scored 10 points for his 24th consecutive game in double figures.
The Sixers kept it close early and held a 42-41 lead in the final minute of the half, but the Thunder scored the final five points of the session and never trailed again.
Oklahoma City eased away, taking a 78-66 advantage into the fourth quarter and busting it open over the final 12 minutes to sweep two meetings this season.
