Reds 6, Mets 3: Todd Frazier belted two homers, including a two-run blast to cap a four-run eighth inning, as visiting Cincinnati rallied for the victory.
Frazier also clubbed a solo homer in the seventh inning off Mets starter Johan Santana to pull the Reds within 3-2 before they broke it open against New York's bullpen. The three RBIs matched Frazier's season total entering the game.
Jose Arredondo (3-1) and Aroldis Chapman each pitched a scoreless inning before closer Sean Marshall worked the ninth for his seventh save.
Brandon Phillips singled home the tying run and Jay Bruce delivered a pinch-hit sacrifice fly to put Cincinnati ahead in the eighth before Frazier went deep off D.J. Carrasco.
Jon Rauch (3-2) was charged with three runs on three hits in one-third of an inning as the Mets absorbed their second straight defeat.
Reds starter Mike Leake, who lost his last four starts, allowed three runs - one earned - on seven hits in six innings.
Santana turned in his fifth consecutive quality start, going 6 2/3 innings and giving up two runs on six hits while striking out five.
Lucas Duda had three hits for the Mets but Daniel Murphy and David Wright saw their respective 11- and nine-game hitting streaks snapped.
