Pacers 96, Cavaliers 81: Paul George scored 27 points as host Indiana used a big third quarter to get past Cleveland.

George shot 10-for-18 from the field and scored nine points during the third quarter when Indiana outscored Cleveland 28-12 to turn a 58-52 deficit into an 80-70 edge. George's biggest shot was a step-back jumper with 5:43 remaining in the third that gave Indiana the lead for good at 65-64.

David West added 18 points and George Hill overcame a 5-for-16 shooting night to chip in 17 as the Pacers snapped a two-game losing streak by outscoring Cleveland 44-23 in the second half.

C.J. Miles led the way for Cleveland with a second straight 28-point performance, but he scored just five after halftime and was the only Cavalier starter to reach double figures. Kyrie Irving scored nine points in his second game back from a left finger injury and Anderson Varejao was held to just four points on 0-for-9 shooting while pulling down 12 rebounds.

Miles scored 16 straight Cleveland points in the first quarter and the Cavaliers led by as many 16 in the first half. The Cavaliers went nearly 6 1/2 minutes between baskets bridging the second and third quarters and Indiana scored 18 straight points to get back in the game.
