Rodney Stuckey returned to the lineup and led the way with 28 points as the Detroit Pistons held off the visiting Portland Trail Blazers, 94-91, on Saturday.

Tayshaun Prince added 17 points and Brandon Knight scored 14 for the Pistons, who snapped a four-game slide.

The lowest scoring team in the NBA entering the game, Detroit welcomed back one of most consistent scorers in Stuckey after a one-game absence due to a groin injury.

The Pistons made their move in the second quarter, using a 21-5 burst to grab a 47-34 edge. Jonas Jerebko scored nine points during the spurt and Prince added six. The Pistons would take a 54-43 lead into the half and had the gap as wide as 67-51 after Stuckey buried a 3-pointer early in the third quarter.

The Blazers chipped away, cutting it to 73-68 entering the fourth quarter and pulling within a point five times in the final frame.

Stuckey hit four free throws in the final seven seconds to seal the win.

LaMarcus Aldridge scored 25 points and Raymond Felton added 20 for Portland.
