Spurs 112, Thunder 77:
Danny Green tied his personal playoff career high with seven 3-pointers and scored 21 points as host San Antonio rolled past Oklahoma City to take a 2-0 lead in the Western Conference finals.

Tony Parker scored a game-high 22 points and Tim Duncan had 14 points and 12 rebounds as the top-seeded Spurs recorded their second consecutive dominating victory. San Antonio took control by making 12-of-16 third-quarter shots and will look to take a 3-0 edge when Game 3 is held Sunday in Oklahoma City.

Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook scored 15 points apiece for the second-seeded Thunder but sat out the entire fourth quarter with the game out of hand. The defeat was the most lopsided playoff loss in the franchise’s Oklahoma City era and matched the worst overall when the team’s tenure as the Seattle SuperSonics is included.

Green made two 3-pointers and Manu Ginobili added one as the Spurs closed the first half with an 11-2 surge to turn a close game into a 58-44 halftime lead. Oklahoma City was within 12 early in the third quarter before San Antonio erupted on a 16-2 spurt to take a 76-50 advantage midway through the period.

Two free throws by Tiago Splitter late in the quarter made it a 31-point margin and the Spurs led 91-62 entering the fourth. Three consecutive baskets by Cory Joseph pushed the lead to 34 as San Antonio continued to control the contest after both teams cleared the benches.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Green is 11-of-15 from 3-point range in the first two games of the series. … San Antonio possessed a 53-38 rebounding edge as the Thunder again struggled in the interior without injured PF Serge Ibaka (calf). … The double-double was Duncan’s 153rd in the postseason, second-most behind Magic Johnson (157).
