ROCKETS 98, GRIZZLIES 89: Goran Dragic had 25 points and Marcus Camby posted 16 rebounds as the Rockets handed visiting Memphis its 12th consecutive loss in Houston.

The Rockets have not lost to Memphis at home since April 15, 2006. They moved a half-game behind the Grizzlies in the West.

Dragic was 9 of 14 and added seven assists, and Courtney Lee had 17 points. Chase Budinger had 13 off the bench and Luis Scola scored 11 for Houston.

Camby, acquired in a trade with Portland, also had six blocked shots and started in place of Samuel Dalembert (illness). He led the Rockets’ charge in the third and fourth quarters.

Houston shot 52.1 percent (38 of 73) to Memphis’ 37.9 percent (36 of 95).

Rudy Gay led the Grizzlies with 20 points. Marc Gasol, who missed Wednesday’s game with a sore ankle, had 19 points and nine rebounds. Tony Allen and O.J. Mayo each added 15 points.

The Rockets led by 17 before Memphis rallied behind Lee and Dragic to get to 49-48 at the half.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Memphis was just 1 of 15 on 3-point shooting to Houston’s 7 of 14. … The 12-game road drought is the longest by Memphis against any opponent. It is also the Rockets’ longest winning streak against any opponent. … Memphis had 13 steals to five for Houston. … Grizzlies guard Mike Conley was held without an assist for the first time since the second game of the season.
