Freddy Sanchez drove in the go-ahead run with a sacrifice fly in the 10th inning to lead the San Francisco Giants past the Pittsburgh Pirates in a wild 6-5 win on Sunday.

Andres Torres led off the 10th with a double and moved to third on Octavio Dotel’s (2-1) wild pitch before scoring on Sanchez’s sacrifice fly.

Santiago Casilla worked 2/3 of an inning to earn his first save of the year.

The Giants grabbed a 5-3 lead in the top of the ninth on Juan Uribe’s RBI double and a Pat Burrell sacrifice fly, but the Pirates got those runs back in the bottom half.

Uribe drove in two runs, while Pablo Sandoval and Aubrey Huff added RBIs as well for the Giants, who have won three of four and seven of 10.

San Francisco closer Brian Wilson (2-0) got two quick outs before allowing a single to Ronny Cedeno and a two-run pinch-hit homer to Delwyn Young that sent the contest into extra innings. Wilson got one out in the 10th before giving way to Casilla to get credit for the win.

Tim Lincecum failed to earn a win for the fourth straight start, allowing three runs on six hits and two walks in seven innings. The right-hander showed better command after issuing 20 total walks his previous four starts, punching out six while throwing 74 of his 114 pitches for strikes.

Pirates starter Ross Ohlendorf also surrendered three runs, while yielding eight hits and three walks in six innings.
