Trevor Crowe had four hits and drove in two runs, Jayson Nix had three hits and two RBIs and the Cleveland Indians pounded out a season-high 20 hits in a 10-4 victory over the Minnesota Twins Monday night.

Jason Donald had two hits, two RBIs and two runs and Shelley Duncan finished with two hits and two runs as Cleveland won its fifth straight game since the All-Star break.

Six Cleveland players recorded two hits apiece. Jhonny Peralta, who had a hit and an RBI, and Austin Kearns, who was 0-for-2 before leaving with a sore knee in the fourth, were the only players who didn't have at least two.

Aaron Laffey (2-3) allowed one unearned run on five hits in five innings for the win.

Cleveland took a 2-1 lead into the fifth before scoring five times. Following Peralta's sacrifice fly, the Indians had five consecutive two-out singles. Hits by Crowe, Donald, Michael Brantley and Nix each scored a run.

Scott Baker (7-9) gave up six runs and 10 hits in 4 2/3 innings. Baker started for the first time since July 8 because of a sore right elbow.

Jim Thome hit a solo homer and Delmon Young had three hits for Minnesota.
