Isaiah Moss scored 20 points to lead No. 6 Kansas to a 66-52 road win over Oklahoma on Tuesday night in Norman, Okla.

The Jayhawks were able to pull off the win without Devon Dotson, the Big 12's leading scorer at 18.0 points per game. Dotson missed the game after suffering a hip pointer in Saturday's loss to Baylor.

But Moss, making his first start of the season in Dotson's place, hit six 3-pointers to help make up for the absence, tying his career high.

The game was tight most of the way before the Jayhawks (13-3, 3-1 Big 12) took control with a 15-2 run beginning with 7:37 left. Marcus Garrett played a big role in helping Kansas take control, hitting a 3-pointer to kick off that run. Garrett finished with 15 points, five rebounds and five assists.

Oklahoma's Kristian Doolittle, Austin Reaves and Brady Manek entered the game as the only trio of teammates in Division I this season to average at least 14.6 points per game. But the three struggled Tuesday, shooting a combined 10-for-43 from the field and 4-for-19 from behind the 3-point line.

Doolittle and De'Vion Harmon, making his first start since Dec. 17 at Creighton, scored 13 points each to lead the Sooners (11-5, 2-2).

After hitting four 3-pointers in Oklahoma's Big 12 opener, Reaves is 0-for-12 from behind the arc in the Sooners' last three games. Oklahoma was just 8 of 29 from behind the 3-point line.

But even with those struggles, the margin was still never more than six points before the final nine minutes of the game when the Jayhawks finally pulled away.

Two seasons ago, Oklahoma coach Lon Kruger employed the "hack-a-Doke" on Kansas big man Udoka Azubuike, helping negate the Jayhawks' size advantage inside as Azubuike went just 1-for-8 from the free-throw line and Kansas coach Bill Self was forced to sit him late in a Sooners upset.

Tuesday, Azubuike had 16 points and a game-high 14 rebounds, making seven of his 10 shots from the floor and both of his free throws.

Kansas outrebounded Oklahoma 46-32 and scored 16 second-chance points.
