Serge Ibaka scored 19 points and Jeremy Lamb had 15 for the Thunder, who have won 11 straight meetings, including five in a row at Philadelphia. Reigning MVP Kevin Durant was held to 10 points on 3-of-11 shooting in his second game after returning from a broken foot.
Robert Covington came off the bench to score a career-high 21 points for the 76ers, who were unable to build on their first victory of the season Wednesday in Minnesota. Michael Carter-Williams had 16 points and 14 assists as Philadelphia shot 38.1 percent from the floor.
Durant hit a 3-pointer on the game's first shot and the Thunder never trailed, taking a seven-point lead after one quarter and scoring the first eight points of the second to go up 39-24 on Lamb's triple. The Sixers pulled within 57-47 at the break but Durant opened the scoring in the second half as well, igniting a 13-3 run out of the locker room.
Oklahoma City then endured a stretch of more than five minutes without a field goal and led 82-67 after three, only to see Philadelphia claw its way back and cut the deficit to 92-84 on Covington's 3-pointer with 4:16 to go. Durant had a layup with 2:40 remaining and then Lamb made consecutive 3s to quickly push the margin to 101-86, allowing the Thunder to cruise to the finish line.
