Kings 91, Magic 82: DeMarcus Cousins recorded 17 points and 14 rebounds while Isaiah Thomas also scored 17 points off the bench as host Sacramento overcame a third-quarter funk to top Orlando.
Jimmer Fredette contributed 15 points, Jason Thompson chipped in 12 and Aaron Brooks added 11 for the Kings, who have won consecutive games for just the second time this season.
Glen Davis scored a game-high 20 points and grabbed 11 rebounds while Arron Afflalo had 18 points for Orlando, which had its four-game winning streak at Sacramento snapped.
After trailing by 12 points at halftime, Orlando outscored Sacramento 30-16 in the third quarter to take a 64-62 lead. Afflalo scored seven points during a 16-0 run in the period, burying a 3-pointer with 4:30 remaining to cap the spurt and put the Magic ahead by five.
The Kings regained control in the fourth as they turned a four-point deficit into a 73-68 advantage with a 9-0 burst. Fredette's 3-pointer with 8:30 left put Sacramento in front for good, 69-68.
GAME NOTEBOOK: The Magic fell to 0-9 when making fewer than five 3-pointers as they went 4-of-15 from beyond the arc. ...
