Heat 103, Nets 73: Dwyane Wade scored 22 points and LeBron James nearly had a triple-double through three quarters as host Miami beat Brooklyn for the 11th consecutive time.
James finished with 20 points, 12 rebounds and eight assists and the Heat blew the game open in the third quarter to improve to 4-0 at home.
Rashard Lewis was the only other play in double figures with 13 points off the bench for Miami, which shot 52 percent and has won the last seven matchups on their home floor against the cold-shooting Nets.
Deron Williams scored 14 points and Kris Humphries had 11 points and 11 rebounds for Brooklyn, which connected on 3 of 21 shots from 3-point range.
Wade, who was 10-of-14 from the field, scored all 12 of his first-half points in the second quarter, including a personal 8-2 run to help Miami go up by 11 points en route to a 50-41 lead at the break. He also hit back-to-back baskets in the third to ignite a 10-0 spurt that ballooned the lead to 64-46.
GAME NOTEBOOK: James has won his last 15 matchups against the Nets dating to his days with the Cleveland Cavaliers. ... Humphries had a double-double (11 points, 10 boards) in the first half alone after a combined seven points and nine rebounds in the first two games. ... Nets F Gerald Wallace sat out his third straight game with a sprained left ankle. Josh Childress (ankle) also was out and has yet to play this season.
