Pistons 94, 76ers 76: Greg Monroe collected 19 points and 18 rebounds for his fifth double-double of the season as visiting Detroit breezed to its first victory.

Kyle Singler made the most of his spot start by scoring 13 of his career-high 16 points in the first half. Tayshaun Prince had 15 points on 7-for-13 shooting and Brandon Knight also had 15 for the Pistons (1-8), who used a 21-8 surge to seize a 52-34 lead at the half.

With Rodney Stuckey sidelined by the flu, Singler shot 6-of-10 from the field during the first half - highlighted by a run of six straight points during the latter half of the second quarter.

Lavoy Allen recorded a team-high 14 points off the bench and Jrue Holiday had 12 points and seven assists for the 76ers, who have dropped two in a row since posting a three-game road winning streak.

Corey Maggette, who had been sidelined with a strained calf, made his season debut and finished with nine points for the Pistons.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Detroit, which held a 33-15 edge in rebounding during the first half, finished with a 57-38 advantage. ... After playing seven of their first nine on the road, the Pistons will play five of their next seven at home. ... Detroit has defeated Philadelphia twice in a row after a three-game losing skid.
