Chris Warren scored 22 points and dished out six assists as host Mississippi beat East Tennessee State 71-50 at Tad Smith Coliseum in Oxford, Miss.
Reginald Buckner added 16 points, six rebounds and seven blocks for Ole Miss (7-2), which won its fourth in a row in advance of a
three-day trip to Cancun, Mexico for the Governor’s Cup tournament.
Mississippi led 31-26 before going on a 16-2 run bridging halftime. The Rebels committed 14 turnovers but made up for it by hitting a healthy 46 percent (29 of 63) from the field. Zach Graham was the third Rebel in double figures, with 14 points.
Mike Smith led East Tennessee State (4-5) with 18 points and eight rebounds.
