Kawhi Leonard collected 20 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists and four steals for the Spurs, who haven't lost to the Hawks since March 21, 2010. Boris Diaw scored 17 points and Danny Green added 15 for San Antonio, which has won three straight overall and 10 of its last 12.
Paul Millsap scored 22 points and Dennis Schroder added 18 off the bench for the Hawks, who have lost three straight for the first time this season. DeMarre Carroll scored 12 points and Pero Antic added 11 for Atlanta.
The Spurs blitzed the Hawks right from the start, using an 11-0 run to build a 20-4 advantage and led 26-13 after one quarter. A 7-0 burst pushed it to a 20-point margin with 1:17 left in the half and San Antonio settled for a 59-41 lead at the break.
Atlanta coach Mike Budenholzer was hit with his second technical foul and ejected with 9:07 left in the third quarter, and Green's technical free throw made it 69-43. The Hawks responded and rallied within 14 late in the period but never got any closer.
