Davis Schneider added two hits and an RBI, while Kiermaier drove in two runs, and Guerrero and Bo Bichette hit RBI singles for the Blue Jays.

Blue Jays starter Chris Bassitt (3-5) gave up three hits and two runs with six strikeouts and two walks in 6 1/3 innings.

Jordan Romano gave up one run in the ninth but earned his fifth save.

The Phillies, who had their 11-game home winning streak snapped, had seven hits. Philadelphia also saw its seven-game overall winning streak come to an end.

Nick Castellanos had two hits and Bryson Stott knocked in two runs in the loss.

Phillies starter Aaron Nola (4-2) tossed 5 2/3 innings and allowed nine hits and four runs with seven strikeouts and no walks.

Brandon Marsh singled to center with one out in the bottom of the seventh inning for just the second Philadelphia hit. Castellanos then ripped a double to place runners at second and third. Stott responded with a sacrifice fly to cut the deficit to 4-2.

Kiermaier blooped an infield single to shortstop in the eighth for a 5-2 lead.

Stott's RBI double in the ninth cut the deficit to 5-3. The Phillies stranded runners at second and third to end the game.

In the bottom of the first inning, Kyle Schwarber lofted a shallow fly ball to center fielder Kiermaier, who caught it and collided with left fielder Daulton Varsho. Kiermaier stayed on the ground for a few minutes but stayed in the game.

The Blue Jays went ahead 1-0 in the third when Guerrero hit an RBI single to left.

Stott and Edmundo Sosa each walked to open the third for the Phillies. Johan Rojas then singled to load the bases and Schwarber hit a sacrifice fly to foul territory, which George Springer dove to catch, in right to tie the score at 1.

Guerrero began the sixth with an infield single, his third hit of the game. Justin Turner grounded into a fielder's choice at third and Danny Jansen followed with a double to put runners at second and third. Bichette hit an RBI single to right and Schneider added an RBI single for a 3-1 lead. Kiermaier then added an RBI single for a 4-1 advantage.
