Trey Burke collected 16 points and a team-high seven assists and Jordan Morgan had 12 points and a season-high 10 rebounds for Michigan (9-0), which presented coach John Beilein with his 100th victory at the school.
Marshawn Powell had 18 points and Kikko Haydar drilled four 3-pointers to double his season total for Arkansas (4-4), which has dropped four of its last five games.
The Razorbacks trimmed a 10-point halftime deficit to one after a pair of baskets from Rickey Scott, but Nik Stauskas and Spike Albrecht sank 3-pointers to give Michigan a 62-55 advantage.
Robinson made three layups and the Wolverines converted their free throws in the final minutes to keep Arkansas at bay.
