Rockets 93, Bulls 89: Toney Douglas drilled the go-ahead 3-pointer with just over a minute to go as host Houston handed Chicago its first three-game regular-season losing skid in more than 2 1/2 years.

James Harden overcame his bout with the flu to score a game-high 28 points. Patrick Patterson added 20 and Chandler Parsons had 18 points and a team-high 13 rebounds for the Rockets, who held the Bulls scoreless for a 4 1/2-minute stretch late in the contest to snap a three-game losing streak.

Nate Robinson had 21 points off the bench and Luol Deng added 19 for the Bulls, who have dropped four of their last five.

After Robinson scored seven consecutive points to give Chicago an 84-79 lead, Houston capped a 7-0 run on Douglas' deep 3-pointer with 1:11 to go.

Douglas sank four free throws and Harden added three to seal the win.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Turnovers nearly proved to be Houston's undoing as it committed 23, as opposed to just 14 by Chicago. ... The Bulls were vying for their third straight victory in Houston for the first time since the 1979-80 season. ... Chicago's previous three-game losing skid in the regular season was from Feb. 27 to March 19, 2010.
