CALIFORNIA 75, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA 49: Allen Crabbe scored 19 points and David Kravish grabbed a career-high 18 rebounds as visiting California completed its first season sweep of Southern Cal since 2005-06.

Leading by six at halftime, California (19-6, 9-3 Pac-12) opened the second half on a 26-11 run. The Bears entered the game tied with Colorado for second place in the conference, one game behind Washington.

Maurice Jones scored 11 of his 17 points in the first half for last-place Southern Cal (6-19, 1-11 Pac-12), which had just six scholarship players available. The Trojans have lost 12 of their last 13 games.

Southern Cal outrebounded California by 10 in the teams’ first matchup, but the Bears dominated inside against the injury-plagued Trojans in the rematch. California outrebounded Southern Cal 41-28 and scored 38 points in the paint.

Harper Kamp had 18 points and Justin Cobbs added 10 for the Bears, who shot 63 percent from the field in the second half.

Southern Cal, which was held under 50 points for the 10th time this season, shot 3-of-17 (17.6 percent) from beyond the arc.

GAME NOTEBOOK:
California went on a 15-4 early in the second half while Jones was out with a cut on his hand. … Kamp is one point short of 1,000 for his career heading into Saturday’s game against UCLA.
