Donovan Mitchell won a scoring duel over Stephen Curry, Evan Mobley dominated the glass with 16 rebounds and the Cleveland Cavaliers ended the Golden State Warriors' road winning streak at four in a row with a 115-104 victory Sunday night.

Mitchell went for a game-high 31 points and Darius Garland added 24 as the Cavaliers -- who hadn't beaten the Warriors in a regular-season game since Christmas Day 2016 -- won for the second time in their last three outings.

Curry had a team-high 28 points and Draymond Green scored 18 with a game-high eight assists for the Warriors, who had opened a four-game trip with a 141-139 win at Oklahoma City on Friday.

The Warriors took a one-point lead into the second period but lost it within two minutes, eventually to fall behind 57-45 by halftime and by as many as 14 in the second half.

A Curry 3-pointer drew Golden State even one final time at 38-all in the seventh minute of the second period, before Mitchell buried consecutive 3-pointers to begin Cleveland's gradual pull-away.

Mitchell shot 5-for-11 on 3-pointers on a night when his teammates hit just six of 26 as the Cavaliers were outscored 48-33 from beyond the arc.

Mitchell and Garland had seven assists apiece for the Cavaliers, while Max Strus chipped in four to go with 15 points.

Mobley had the game's lone double-double with 13 points to complement his 16 rebounds. Jarrett Allen nearly duplicated the feat with 12 points and nine boards for Cleveland.

Allen made five of his seven shots, Mitchell was 11-for-19 overall and Mobley went 6-for-10, helping the hosts scorch the nets to the tune of 49.4 percent, significantly outshooting the visitors (36.2 percent).

Curry went 7-for-11 from deep, but like Mitchell, he got little help from his teammates, who were a combined 9-for-30 from 3-point range.

Klay Thompson and Jonathan Kuminga had 15 points apiece and Kevon Looney had a team-high 11 rebounds.
