DeAndre Jordan contributed 12 points, Matt Barnes chipped in 11 and Chris Paul recorded 10 and 12 assists for the Clippers, who have not lost since falling to the Hornets at home on Nov. 26.
Robin Lopez scored a game-high 22 points and grabbed nine rebounds while rookie Anthony Davis added 16 points for New Orleans, which has lost nine in a row. Lopez was 7-of-10 from the field as he scored 14 of the Hornets' 16 first-quarter points.
Los Angeles led by six after one quarter and went on an 11-0 run late in the second to push the advantage to 16 before settling for a 48-38 halftime lead. The Clippers picked up where they left off after the break, and soon had a 12-2 spurt to go ahead 69-52.
A jumper by Lamar Odom with 8:22 remaining in the fourth provided Los Angeles its biggest lead at 84-60.
