North Florida 63, USC Upstate 57: Demarcus Daniels had 22 points on 7-of-13 shooting as the host Ospreys captured their first Atlantic Sun Conference championship.

Jalen Nesbitt added 16 points and Dallas Moore chipped in 13 for top-seeded North Florida (23-11), which earned its first NCAA Tournament bid in program history. The Ospreys carry an eight-game winning streak into the tournament

Ty Greene scored 16 of his 21 points in the second half and Fred Miller totaled 14 points for third-seeded USC Upstate (23-11), which had won five straight in the series against the Ospreys. The Spartans were North Florida's only two conference losses on the season.

The Ospreys missed their first six shots but recovered to hit six of the next seven during a 13-4 spurt, and Nesbitt's layup toward the end of the half gave North Florida its largest lead of the game at 34-22. Mario Blessing's 3-pointer just before intermission trimmed the deficit back to single digits and the run continued into the second frame as the Spartans ripped off nine straight points coming out of the break to tie the game at 34-34.

USC Upstate took the lead briefly at 48-44 with just over nine minutes to play, but the Spartans missed their next eight shots, and North Florida capitalized with a 12-0 run. Greene got the visitors within five with 14 seconds remaining, but the Ospreys preserved the win with a late free throw from Beau Beech.
