Florida State got a big game from Chris Singleton in Sunday's 97-73 victory at North Carolina Greensboro.
Singleton, the Seminoles' leading returning scorer, dropped a game-high 22 on the overmatched Spartans. He hit all seven of his free throws to help Florida State improve to 2-0.
Michael Snaer and Okaro White added 16 points apiece for the Seminoles, who are shooting for a third straight to the NCAA tournament berth this season.
Florida State led by 19 at halftime and put the game out of reach early in the second half.
UNC-Greensboro (0-2) was led by David Williams with 16 points
Florida State continues to ease into its non-conference schedule by hosting Gardner-Webb Tuesday. The Seminoles' first five games come against teams from small conferences, before taking on No. 11 Florida and No. 5 Ohio State on Nov. 28 and 30, respectively.
UNC Greensboro gets another crack at an ACC squad when Virgina Tech visits Nov. 21.
