Aaron Rodgers threw for two touchdowns and ran for another to help the host Green Bay Packers defeat the pesky Jacksonville Jaguars 24-20 on Sunday at Lambeau Field.
Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Davante Adams had scoring receptions for the Packers (7-2), who lead the NFC North.
Keelan Cole Sr. returned a punt 91 yards for a score as the Jaguars (1-8) suffered an eighth straight loss.
Rodgers finished 24 of 34 for 325 yards and one interception, his third of the season.
Jacksonville rookie Jake Luton, making his second career start in place of injured Gardner Minshew II (thumb), was 18 of 35 for 169 yards, with one touchdown and one interception in mid-30-degree weather.
Rodgers found Adams on the left side of the end zone with a six-yard pass that gave the Packers a 24-20 advantage with 9:03 remaining. Adams (eight catches, 66 yards) returned for the seven-play, 75-yard drive after having left the game in the third quarter with an apparent ankle injury.
Jacksonville stopped Green Bay on third-and-1 to force a punt and got the ball on its own 47-yard line with 2:25 to go in regulation. After two Green Bay sacks created fourth-and-26, Luton's incompletion ended the Jaguars' hopes with 61 seconds left.
Chase McLaughlin's 31-yard field goal with 12:40 left in the fourth quarter gave Jacksonville a 20-17 lead. The drive began when Sidney Jones intercepted a Rodgers pass and returned the ball a yard to the Jacksonville 44.
Luton's 12-yard TD pass to Cole Sr. tied the score at 17 with 10:30 left in the third quarter. The three-play, 16-yard drive was set up by Adams' fumble after catching a Rodgers pass.
Rodgers connected with Valdes-Scantling Adams (four catches, 149 yards) for a 78-yard touchdown pass on the first play of the second quarter, and later ran five yards for a score as Green Bay held a 17-10 halftime edge.
Cole Sr. returned a punt 91 yards for a touchdown to give Jacksonville a 10-7 lead with 10:06 left in the second quarter.
Luton was 6 of 13 for 38 yards and one interception in the first half. The pick, by Adrian Amos, helped set up Mason Crosby's 39-yard field goal with two seconds remaining in the half.
McLaughlin kicked a 52-yard field goal at 10:36 of the first quarter after Green Bay failed to score on its first possession for the first time this season.
