Sam Reinhart scored three goals, and Carter Verhaeghe tallied twice as the Florida Panthers defeated the Philadelphia Flyers 6-3 on Thursday night in Sunrise, Fla.
The Panthers got four assists each from Jonathan Huberdeau and Aaron Ekblad as Florida won its fifth straight game. Huberdeau leads the NHL with 64 assists, which is also a Panthers record.
Anthony Duclair also scored for the Panthers. That goal was Duclair's 24th, one more than his previous high.
Sergei Bobrovsky made 34 saves to improve his record to 30-6-3, ranking him in the top three for wins in the NHL along with Tampa Bay's Andre Vasilevskiy and Carolina's Frederik Andersen.
Philadelphia, which had its two-game win streak broken, got goals from James van Riemsdyk, Cam Atkinson and Travis Konecny. Carter Hart made 31 saves.
Reinhart has 22 goals, three short of his career high. Verhaeghe has 20 goals, two more than his previous best.
Philadelphia has lost all three of its matchups with Florida this season.
The Panthers, who lead the NHL in home wins, are 26-6-0 in Sunrise.
Florida opened the scoring with just 3:25 gone in the first. Florida forward Maxim Mamin forced a turnover, and the Panthers got the puck to Verhaeghe, who spun around and fired a wrist shot over Hart's stick.
Ten minutes later, the Flyers' Rasmus Ristolainen was called for a high-sticking penalty on Eetu Luostarinen. The Panthers converted the power play into Reinhart's tip-in goal.
Another Ristolainen penalty -- this one for interference against Huberdeau -- resulted in Reinhart's second goal. This time, Hart stopped Huberdeau's shot only to watch as Reinhart batted the rebound out of the air and into the net.
The Panthers capped the first period by getting Verhaeghe's second goal, this one with just 30 seconds left. On this goal, Verhaeghe's wrist shot from the slot beat Hart's glove.
Philadelphia got on board with two goals midway through the second period. First, Kevin Hayes stole a pass by Florida's Sam Bennett and fed van Riemsdyk, who scored from the slot.
Then, less than four minutes later, Bobrovsky stopped a shot by Derek Brassard. However, Atkinson batted the rebound out of the air and into the open right side of the net.
Philly cut its deficit to 4-3 on Konecny's power-play goal with 1:08 left in the second. After Verhaeghe was penalized for hooking Claude Giroux, Konecny deflected Cam York's shot past Bobrovsky.
Duclair's power-play goal with 13:01 remaining in the third stopped Philadelphia's momentum. Duclair's shot deflected in off a Flyers defender.
Reinhart completed his hat trick on an empty-netter with 2:06 left.
