Blackhawks 2, Flames 0: Ray Emery made 16 saves to remain perfect while defensemen Nick Leddy and Brent Seabrook scored as host Chicago avoided its first three-game losing streak.
Patrick Kane extended his point streak to seven games with a pair of assists for the Blackhawks, who have won 12 straight home meetings with the Flames - including the playoffs.
Emery stopped six shots in the first period, three in the second and seven in the third en route to his 12th career shutout and first since Feb. 1, 2010 - also against Calgary - while with Philadelphia. The veteran improved to 12-0-0 in 13 starts this season.
Leddy gave Emery all the offensive support he needed just over seven minutes into the game, when his shot from the left faceoff circle glanced off Miikka Kiprusoff's left pad and into the net. Seabrook doubled the lead with 2:12 remaining in the second as his shot from the right circle caromed off Calgary captain Jarome Iginla's stick and knuckled past the netminder.
Kiprusoff finished with 33 saves for the Flames, who are winless in a franchise-record 10 straight road games (0-9-1).
