Maple Leafs 3, Bruins 2: Nazem Kadri scored his third goal in two contests and James Reimer turned aside 31 shots as host Toronto snapped an eight-game winless skid versus its Original Six rival.

Mikhail Grabovski tallied for the second time in as many outings and fourth-liner Frazer McLaren also scored as the Maple Leafs recorded their second victory in eight games (2-3-3).

Anton Khudobin yielded three goals on 11 shots before being relieved in the third period by Tuukka Rask, who made a pair of saves. Defensemen Dennis Seidenberg and Andrew Ference scored in the third for Boston, which fell to 25-6-5 in its last 36 contests against Toronto. The Bruins, who will host the Maple Leafs on Monday, completed a four-game road trip with a 1-3-0 mark.

Kadri opened the scoring 4:58 into the first period after accepting Clarke MacArthur's saucer pass in the left faceoff circle before firing a wrist shot just inside the near post. Kadri's goal was his ninth point in four contests (three goals, six assists).

Grabovski scored 2:52 into the second period and McLaren banked the puck off his own skate for a 3-0 edge 1:34 into the third. Seidenberg answered 56 seconds later after his snap shot from the top of the right faceoff circle trickled past Reimer. Ference's blast beat a screened Reimer with 1:16 remaining, but Boston failed to net the equalizer.
