Jarome Iginla scored once and set up another as the Calgary Flames skated to a 3-1 triumph over the visiting Chicago Blackhawks on Friday night.

Iginla's first goal in five games provided the Flames with some insurance just past the midway point of the third period. He added a helper on Olli Jokinen's first-period marker for his first multi-point game since Jan. 10.

Jay Bouwmeester added a power-play marker late in the second period for Calgary, which halted a two-game losing skid during which the team managed just one goal.

Brent Seabrook's goal with 29 seconds remaining in the first period provided the lone offense for the Blackhawks, who lost in Alberta for the second time in as many nights. Chicago has dropped five straight games overall.

Miikka Kiprusoff stopped 26 shots to earn the victory in what was a milestone game for the Finnish veteran, who became Calgary's all-time leader in starts by a goaltender.

Ray Emery turned aside 29 shots in defeat for Chicago.
