Jarnell Stokes added 15 points and 10 rebounds for Tennessee (20-11, 11-7 SEC), which dominated from the start and won for the fourth consecutive game. Josh Richardson had nine points, six rebounds and four assists for the Volunteers while Jordan McRae added 11 points.
Jordan Clarkson's 13 points paced Missouri (21-10, 9-9), which dropped its fifth straight on the road. Jabari Brown (20.1 average) and Earnest Ross (13.9) struggled offensively, combining to shoot 2-for-16 from the field — including 0-of-7 from 3-point range — and scored just 10 points between them.
The Volunteers forged a 12-point lead in the game's first eight minutes. Things really got opened up when Missouri managed just four points in the final 5:57 of the half and Tennessee pushed the lead to 18 by halftime.
Things didn't change in the second half, as a 10-0 run increased the advantage to 24 just five minutes in. The Tigers could never get their offense in gear and never seriously threatened in the game's final 20 minutes, beating their previous low-scoring game of the season by 11 points.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Missouri's 19 first-half points were its fewest in any half all season. … Tennessee dominated the backboards, 45-28, including grabbing 18 offensive rebounds - six by Jeronne Maymon, who finished with 10 boards. … The Tigers shot 31.9 percent from the field, including 2-of-17 from 3-point range.
