Nebraska 63, Southern California 51: Junior Ray Gallegos scored 20 points for the second straight game to help the host Cornhuskers beat the Trojans for the fourth consecutive time.
Gallegos went 6-of-10 from the 3-point line and scored the last eight points of the first half to break a 25-25 tie. Nebraska (6-1) never trailed in the second half and Gallegos' 3-pointer pushed the lead to 52-32 with 10:09 left.
Dylan Talley hit three 3-pointers on the way to 14 points for Nebraska.
J.T. Terrell led the Trojans (3-4) with 14 points and Byron Wesley added 12 points and six rebounds.
USC's Jio Fontan snapped Nebraska's 19-3 run with a steal and layup - the Trojans' first field goal in 10:35 - with 12:50 left. Wesley later scored six points during a 9-1 run to get USC within 53-41 with 7:01 left, but the Trojans never got closer.
GAME NOTEBOOK: The series is tied 5-5. ... Andre Almeida, Nebraska's 6-11 center, went 3-of-3 for eight points and is shooting 85.7 percent over his past five games. ... The Trojans haven't won a true road game since Nov. 30, 2011, when they beat UC Riverside.
