Magic 111, Trail Blazers 104: Elfrid Payton recorded his second straight triple-double with 22 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists to help host Orlando snap a six-game slide.

Victor Oladipo and Nikola Vucevic also scored 22 points apiece for the Magic, who had just seven turnovers. Ben Gordon chipped in 11 points and Channing Frye had 10 for Orlando, which made 20-of-24 free throws.

LaMarcus Aldridge led all scorers with 31 points while Damian Lillard added 18 for Portland, which fell 1 1/2 games behind Houston in the race for third place in the Western Conference. C.J. McCollum contributed 15 points in 19 minutes off the bench as the Trail Blazers dropped their third straight.

Orlando led 25-19 after one quarter and went up 38-25 on Luke Ridnour's 3-pointer early in the second before Lillard caught fire, immediately scoring five straight points and finishing the period with 14 to get the Trail Blazers within two at the break. Aldridge hit a pair of 3-pointers early in the third to give Portland a four-point lead and made a short jumper to put his team up 81-75 entering the fourth.

The Magic reclaimed the lead on Aaron Gordon's jumper midway through the period and Oladipo hit a 3-pointer moments later for a 90-86 advantage. Frye's three-point play made it 95-88 with just under five minutes to go and he had a jumper with 2:29 left for a 103-94 advantage, and the Trail Blazers never got closer than seven points thereafter.
