WARRIORS 93, TIMBERWOLVES 88: Rookie Charles Jenkins scored 24 points and Brandon Rush added 19 off the bench as visiting Golden State erased a 21-point deficit to snap an eight-game losing skid.
Rush buried a key 3-pointer with 1:09 left in the fourth quarter to give Golden State a 90-88 lead. Rush had 10 of his 19 points in the final session.
Mikki Moore's steal led to a dunk by Dominic McGuire, who capped the three-point play after he was fouled by Wes Johnson.
Nikola Pekovic had 19 points and 16 rebounds and Martell Webster recorded 11 of his 18 points during the first quarter for the Timberwolves, who dropped their seventh straight home game.
Anthony Randolph and J.J. Barea scored 14 points apiece, but the latter had nine of his 12 assists in the first half.
The Timberwolves rushed out to a 32-17 lead after the first quarter and extended their cushion to 16 points (55-39) at the half.
Golden State made a run, fueled by a pair of jumpers from Jenkins and McGuire's bucket which trimmed the deficit to five at 68-63 with 2:16 left in the third quarter.
Rookie Klay Thompson buried a jumper and Rush netted a turnaround jumper to tie the game 81-81 with 8:06 left in the fourth quarter.
Jenkins' jumper at the top of the key gave Golden State an 83-81 lead with 5:44 left. He then traded jumpers with Webster to maintain the two-point advantage.
