Texans 13, Bears 6: Former Bears safety Danieal Manning accounted for two turnovers to help visiting Houston's defense dominate a matchup of top playoff contenders and snap Chicago's six-game winning streak.
Arian Foster rushed 29 times for 102 yards - the 21st 100-yard rushing game of his career - and made an acrobatic 2-yard catch for the game's only touchdown as the Texans (8-1) preserved their hold on the best record in the AFC.
Manning forced a fumble and had an interception to account for two of Houston's four first-half takeaways, and the Texans held Chicago (7-2) to 249 total yards and knocked quarterback Jay Cutler out at halftime.
Cutler suffered a concussion, presumably on an illegal hit from Tim Dobbins near the end of a first half in which Cutler was 7-for-14 for 40 yards and threw two interceptions. Backup Jason Campbell was 11-for-19 for 94 yards, and Brandon Marshall caught eight passes for 107 yards for Chicago.
Chicago's defense was nearly as dominant, holding the Texans to a season-low 215 total yards as Matt Schaub was 14-for-26 for 95 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions. Tim Jennings had both picks in the first half to push the Bears' NFL-best takeaway total to 30.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Foster has scored a touchdown in 11 consecutive regular-season games. … Jennings has eight interceptions this season, two shy of Mark Carrier's franchise record set in 1990. … The Texans have won all three meetings between the teams, including two at Soldier Field.
