Bradley Beal scored 18 points and Marcin Gortat added 17 points for the Wizards, who committed only six turnovers in the contest. John Wall collected 15 points and 10 assists for Washington, which bounced back after dropping Game 3.

Ariza hit a pair of 3-pointers during a 14-0 run to begin the game and the Wizards never trailed. The Bulls recovered enough to cut it to a 10-point deficit at the end of the first quarter and briefly closed within four points in the second before Ariza capped an 18-6 burst with a 3-pointer to make it a 52-36 advantage, and his fifth 3-pointer of the half at the buzzer sent Washington into the break up by 15.

Ariza began the third quarter with another 3-pointer and used a traditional three-point play to kick off a 12-2 spurt that spread the lead to 77-57 with 2:43 left in the third. Chicago drew within 91-83 with 2:02 left but Gortat finished at the rim and found Ariza for a dunk as the Wizards put it away.
