Pacers 95, Jazz 86: Paul George scored 19 points and Lance Stephenson added 15 as visiting Indiana held off Utah.

Luis Scola tallied 14 points and Roy Hibbert added 13 points and nine rebounds as the Pacers improved their NBA-best record to 17-2. David West added 10 points and eight assists while Indiana committed just eight turnovers.

Derrick Favors had 22 points and 13 rebounds and Enes Kanter contributed 20 points and 10 boards for the Jazz. Trey Burke added 13 points and a season-best nine assists in his third consecutive strong game.

The Jazz had a one-point lead early in the final quarter before the Pacers rolled off seven straight, capped by a 3-pointer from C.J. Watson. A 20-footer by West gave the Pacers an 88-76 lead with 3:39 left and Indiana held off Utah’s final charge.

The Jazz used a 10-2 run to take an 11-point lead shortly past the midway point of the second quarter before taking a 48-47 advantage into the break. Indiana used a 7-0 surge late in the third quarter to inch ahead and led 68-67 entering the final stanza.
