Pacers 102, Heat 89: David West poured in 30 points and Paul George and Lance Stephenson added 15 apiece as Indiana knocked off the top team in the Eastern Conference to run its home win streak to 13 games.
George Hill scored 12 points and Tyler Hansbrough added 11 off the bench for the Pacers, who improved to 18-3 at home. Indiana has won its first two meetings with the Heat this season.
LeBron James scored 28 points and Dwyane Wade added 17 for Miami, which has lost two of its first three games on a road trip that wraps up Sunday at Toronto.
It was close throughout the first quarter, but the Pacers scored the first eight points of the second to build a double-digit lead and never trailed again.
Indiana led 53-45 at halftime and used another 8-0 spurt midway through the third quarter to push the margin to 72-54. The lead was as large as 19 and didn't dip into single-digits after Roy Hibbert's basket put the Pacers up 10 just 19 seconds into the third quarter.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Pacers coach Frank Vogel told reporters before the game that F Danny Granger (knee) could make his season debut before the All-Star break. Granger has averaged 18.2 points over seven seasons in the NBA, all with Indiana. … James has scored in double figures in 462 consecutive games, including all 184 he has played for the Heat. … The Pacers improved to 22-3 when holding opponents under 90 points and 23-3 when leading after three quarters.
