Jazz 92, Wizards 88: Paul Millsap scored 16 points and grabbed 15 rebounds as host Utah withstood a furious comeback to notch its fourth straight win.
Gordon Hayward added 15 points and Al Jefferson had 11 points and 10 rebounds as the Jazz beat Washington for the 21st time in 25 meetings in Salt Lake City.
Martell Webster scored 15 points and John Wall came off the bench to add 14 and help spark the rally that saw the Wizards cut a 21-point third-quarter deficit to two with just under seven minutes to play.
With the Jazz ahead 80-78, Hayward scored five points to extend the lead to 88-80 with 3:14 to play, but Washington battled back again and closed to 90-87 on Webster's 3-pointer before Randy Foye converted a pair of deciding free throws with 11.6 seconds left.
Reserve Enes Kanter scored 10 points in a 21-5 spurt to open the second quarter as Utah bolted to a 21-point lead before settling for a 52-38 halftime edge. The Jazz again built the lead to 21 with 2:27 left in the third before Washington started its comeback.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Jefferson registered his fifth consecutive double-double and the 254th of his career as Utah extended its home winning streak to five games.. ... C Emeka Okafor hauled down 17 rebounds for the Wizards and is averaging 11.3 boards in his last eight games. ... Jazz PG Jamaal Tinsley contributed 11 points, six assists and five rebounds.
