Russell Westbrook rebounded from a poor shooting night and scored 32 points as Oklahoma City pulled away in the fourth quarter in its home opener.

Kevin Durant added 23 points, 17 rebounds and seven assists for the defending Western Conference champions, who shot 51.3 percent. Kevin Martin made his home debut after being acquired from Houston for James Harden and chipped in 19 points.

LaMarcus Aldridge led Portland with 22 points and also pulled down 15 rebounds. Rookie Damian Lillard followed up his spectacular debut against the Lakers by scoring 21 points to go along with seven assists.

After losing on a Tony Parker buzzer-beater in San Antonio, the Thunder took an eight-point edge into the fourth quarter. Oklahoma City then stretched its lead to double digits in the final five minutes and iced the victory on consecutive mid-range jumpers by Westbrook.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Westbrook shot 13-of-24 on the night. ... The Blazers have lost seven of the last nine meetings against the Thunder. ... Portland was just 9-of-26 from beyond the arc.
