David West scored 20 points while Hansbrough and Leandro Barbosa had 13 apiece for Indiana.

The Pistons have lost eight of 11.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Indiana's patchwork lineup included A.J. Price at point guard and Jeff Pendergraph at center. Both made their first starts since the 2009-10 season. Dahntay Jones started at small forward in place of Granger. ... Detroit ends the season Thursday at home against Philadelphia.
