Zach Randolph scored 31 points and led the shorthanded Memphis Grizzlies to a 105-101 overtime victory over the host Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday night.
The visiting Grizzlies played without forward Rudy Gay, who sat out with a sprained right big toe. Gay and Zach Randolph lead the Grizzlies in scoring with 20 points per game each.
Tony Allen helped make up for Gay's absence by scoring a season-high 27 points.
Memphis (28-26) rallied from a 13-point deficit in the third quarter and made decisive plays in overtime to snap Oklahoma City's four-game winning streak.
The Thunder lost for the first time in six overtime games this season. The Grizzlies improved to 2-5 in OT.
The game was tied 95-95 going into the extra session. Mike Conley's free throw with 2:55 left broke a 97-all tie and Sam Young's basket gave Memphis a 100-97 lead with 2:11 to play.
Kevin Durant's two free throws with 45 seconds left cut the deficit to one, but Randolph scored in the lane with 28 seconds remaining, making it 102-99.
After Oklahoma City committed a turnover, Conley split two free throws, giving Memphis a four-point lead. After Jeff Green's tip-in, Conley was fouled again and made both free throws with 5.4 seconds remaining
Durant scored 31 points and Russell Westbrook added 21 for the Thunder (35-17), who committed 21 turnovers.
Westbrook's free throw with 2:11 remaining in regulation broke a 92-92 tie. Durant's jumper with 1:43 left gave the Thunder a three-point lead, but Allen's three-point play with 58 seconds to play tied the game.
Following turnovers by both teams, the Thunder set up for a last shot, but Westbrook's long heave was short.
